A lightweight tool that makes work visible across Christchurch + Group: the field crew run their day from Telegram on their phone, every job lands in your records automatically, and you get a clean live dashboard plus daily summaries. We build and maintain it; it runs on your own setup, your team just uses it, and your data stays in your own tools.

Check in, capture a job, and tap Claim / Start / Done from their phone — light and fast, no clunky business software on site.

One engine ties it together

An automation engine (n8n) routes everything between Telegram, ClickUp and your database — quietly, in the background.

Your own data store

Every check-in and job is stored in your own database (Supabase) — a real asset you own and can build on.

A dashboard that shows it all

Live KPIs, the job board, wins — the picture of how the business is running, at a glance. Summaries pinged to Telegram and your Slack.
